Eric founded ESW Ventures in 2015 with a mission to complete jobs with integrity, something he felt was missing in the industry. He has been a licensed real estate sales agent since 2009 and is also a licensed locksmith. Eric previously owned an insulation company, working on many residential and commercial projects, and is certified by various spray foam manufacturers. Additionally, he ran a weatherization company focusing on projects in the Midwest.
